Universal Emotional Freedom Technique - A No Tapping Therapy

Want a no tapping therapy for Emotional Freedom? If so make sure you read to the end of this article!

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a tapping therapy that originated from Thought Field Therapy (TFT) for the relief from emotional stress, emotional trauma, addictions, ADHD, PTSD and many other emotional disregulation conditions.

The basic principles of EFT tapping therapy is to focus on an emotion that you're wanting to 'tap out' of the body and then whilst stating a particular phrase involving that emotion, to tap on 10 specific points of the face and hand to help to process that emotion. The final result, that emotion is reduced within the body whether it be anger, fear, grief, panic, anxiety and so on.

Here are the basic points for EFT tapping therapy.

This tapping therapy routine can become tedious. Whilst its difficult to conceal when you're doing a round of EFT, it has been proven to balance and provide relief from emotional stress within the body.

Whilst EFT was the progression and evolution of TFT therapy, UEFT is an updated evolution of EFT involving no tapping points and only 2 main points to stimulate to gain improved results.
